Course Description
This course is designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of robotics using the rero:micro kit. Over the course of several weeks, students will learn the basics of programming, electronics, and robotics, and will gain hands-on experience building and programming their own robots.
The curriculum is designed for beginners and does not assume any prior knowledge of programming or electronics. Students will use a user-friendly graphical programming interface to control their robots and explore different applications, such as line following, obstacle avoidance, and light-seeking.
Each lesson will be a combination of interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Students will work in pairs or small groups to build and program their robots, with guidance and support from the instructor.
At the end of the course, students will have developed a basic understanding of robotics and programming and will have gained practical experience in building and programming their own robots. They will also have the opportunity to showcase their projects to their classmates and parents.
